We said goodbye to 2019 and hello to 2020 in my previous post via showing you my 2020 bullet journal set up. Now its time to show you my January bullet journal set up. I wanted to continue the minimalistic theme from my 2020 set up pages in my STM journal. Therefore, I decided to go for a theme I’ve been dying to do!
As I am obsessed with space, stars and the sky in general, I’ve been dying to do a ‘Shoot for the Stars’ theme. To be honest, I wouldn’t mind doing my whole bullet journal in this theme, I love it so much. Using my Hethrone dual brush tip pens (the most affordable and amazing pens ever) and my uniball whit gel pen to create these spreads, they quickly became my favourite thing ever.

Whilst I am not keen on my monthly layout, I am obsessed with my quote and title page. The monthly layout is something which hasnt worked for me for so long. As I work full time i don’t really need much space for every single day. For next month, I am going to get rid of the grid.

I’m in love…
I love the gym tracker and my books read page. As I used to do a gym tracker every month last year, I can tell you that having one of these is so motivating! I also used to have a book stats page for the month but it was so hard to keep up with pages read for the day!
What was not my favourite thing ever was this weekly to do list page thing. I knew I wasn’t going to use my bullet journal as a to-do list journal anymore, as I am not at uni, instead I was just going to have weekly to dos. Coming up to the third week of January, I have hardly used it. Next month is definitely going to be different.
Well, there you have it, my January Bullet Journal Set Up. I can’t wait to make some more spreads for February as I’m already brainstorming themes and layouts. If you have a bullet journal set up to share with me, please let me know; i’d love to see it!
